Nearly 47 years of fitness in the canton of Vaud
For nearly 47 years, GoldGym has been part of the sporting life of the canton of Vaud. Generations of athletes, beginners and experienced alike, have trained in our gyms, and today we welcome our members in five clubs: Lausanne, Renens, St-Sulpice, Échallens and Orbe.
Our philosophy has not changed: spacious, well-equipped spaces, very long opening hours and transparent memberships with no hidden fees. As an independent gym, we stay close to our members, with a team that is available and listens.
Whether you are looking for a weight-training gym in Lausanne, a club that opens early in Renens or Échallens, a gym close to the universities in St-Sulpice or plenty of group classes in Orbe, GoldGym gives you the experience of a long-established club with the feel of a friendly, human-sized gym.

Everything you need to know
What are the opening hours?
The Lausanne and Échallens clubs are open 7 days a week from 5 am to 11 pm, Renens and St-Sulpice from 5:30 am to 11 pm, including public holidays. GoldGym Orbe is open from 5 am to 11 pm. Staffed reception hours vary by club and are listed on each club page.
How do I sign up?
Choose your club and membership online, create your customer account and confirm your order. You can also sign up at reception during staffed hours.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Online, payment is made by bank transfer to the account of the chosen club. At reception you can pay by bank card, TWINT, PostFinance or cash.
Is there a student rate?
Yes. The 12-month Student membership is available to students, apprentices and AVS/AI beneficiaries on presentation of valid proof.
Can I try before signing up?
Yes. Book a trial session with our online form and the club will contact you to arrange an appointment.
Are group classes included?
The class programme varies by club. See the Group classes page or ask at your club’s reception.
Is there parking?
Yes: the Lausanne and Orbe clubs have free parking (60 spaces in Orbe). For the other clubs, please ask the club directly.
